StarCraft2において、日本を中心にアジアリージョンにおいて広く活動していたPSiArc選手が、5月31日付でDetonatioN Gamingとの契約を終了致しました。
またこれに伴いまして、DetonatioN Gaming創設直後となる2013年5月より運営しておりました「StarCraft2部門」を休止することとなります。

選手契約終了について

PSiArc選手は日本の誇るTerranプレイヤーとして活躍。
積極的に海外チーム・選手との交流を広げ、理論分析・戦略構築への探求を続け、自身を切磋琢磨して参りましたが、今後の活動と方針についての話し合いの結果、契約更新をせず、脱退という結論に至りました。
PSiArc選手の今後の活躍をお祈り申し上げます。
 

StarCraft部門・無期限休止について

当チーム所属選手について、過去所属していた選手たちはまさに日本のトップシーンを走り続けたプレイヤーであり、これに代わる選手は現在国内にはおりません。また、当チームでの選手育成・支援が厳しいという現状も重なり、StarCraf部門の無期限休止を決定することとなりました。

全世界に空前のRTSブームをもたらし、eスポーツの火付け役となった「StarCraft」がリマスターされるという予定もあり、このタイトルとそれを取り巻くシーンが再び熱くなることを願ってやみません。
 

DetonatioN Gaming・StarCraft部門を長きに渡り応援頂いた皆様、誠にありがとうございました。
また、当StarCrarft部門所属選手を支え、共に日本を背負って闘って頂いたプレイヤーの皆様に、改めて感謝申し上げます。
2013年5月より開設しました同部門は、5月31日をもって無期限休止とさせて頂きます。

 

Regarding the Player’s contract and StarCraft2 department

PSiArc, who was competed in Starcraft2 centering on Asian region, ended the contract with DetonatioN Gaming.
Along with this, Our StarCraft department, have been active since May 2013, which right after the DetonatioN gaming was founded, will be in the pause.

PSiArc is one of the best Japanese Terran players in the world.
To be the best, he has been eagerly communicated with international teams/players, continued in-depth analysis, and building strategy. After the consultation, we both concluded not renewing the contract and leaving the team. We wish all the best in his future endeavor.

The current situation makes difficult for our team to provide the further support and player development, so we came down to such decision.

Again, we would like to thank all the fans that are supported DetonatioN Gaming and StarCraft department for this long time. Also, we would appreciate for the players who have been competing in both Japan and Overseas for sake of Japanese StarCraft scene.
StarCraft department, established on May 2013, is put indefinite pause by May 31st.
